Data Engineering as a Service (DEaaS) is a flat monthly subscription that gives a company a managed data engineering team instead of a hired one.
Jelzia builds and runs the pipelines, the warehouse, the monitoring and the governance. By default they run on JDP, our platform, hosted in Switzerland, Europe or elsewhere as you choose; on request they run inside your own cloud account. Either way you own the data throughout, pay a rate tied to scope rather than hours, and can cancel month to month.

We don't do audits and leave you with a PDF. We own your data stack on an ongoing basis. Think of us as your data engineering department, not your consultants.

We don't publish an SLA yet: each contract sets response times in writing, and we would rather keep them than advertise them.
